DESNZ has confirmed implementation guidance for MEES 2030 tightening to EPC B for commercial lets will be published Q3 2026. Sector consultation closed end-March; final regulations expected late-2026 with enforcement from 1 April 2030. Landlords should now be planning capex programmes for the 2026-2028 window.
