What you receive
- PVSyst yield model
- Three sizing scenarios
- Capex range per scenario
- Planning route assessment
- Grant mapping (AIA, PSDS, WCS, SEG)
- 02
On-site survey
Week 2-4Our structural and electrical engineers visit. Roof condition assessed to BS EN 1991 (dead + wind loads), main switchroom checked, cable routes designed, shading verified on-site, DNO incoming capacity confirmed.
What you receive
- Structural calculation
- Electrical single-line diagram
- Cable route plan
- Final inverter spec
- Fixed-price proposal
- 03
Permits & DNO application
Month 2-6We handle planning (Permitted Development notification, Prior Approval, or full planning where required), G99 grid connection application with the local DNO, and any grant paperwork (PSDS, IETF, etc).
